Primorsky Venture Fair was held on the base of VSUES on November 27-28, 2009. The Fair showed that innovative process is developing in Primorye and a lot of interesting ideas and projects are available. More than 160 projects were presented in the Fair.

Expert council representatives divided all projects into three categories: investment, innovative and infrastructure.
 
“Production of transport, fishery and charter vessels” joint project by VSUES and “Sea catamarans” club took the first place in innovative projects category. “Mountain taiga ecological path” and “Usage of chemical controls to optimize processes of ICE pipes friction” innovative projects by VSUES took 2 second places in the “Ecology” and “Resources” categories. VSUES projects “Corporate information environment” and “Enterprise management information system” tool the first and the third places in the category of information technologies.

“Cyber copier” - another VSUES project developed by Aleksandr Ganyushkin and Evgeny Bolvachev, VSUES graduators – also won in the “youth competition” category. This project will be represented in All-Russia annual contest of youth innovative projects in December.
